#2 Escape from the Lab I: Release Notes

It took way longer than it should, but here you have the second setting for your adventures. This is a special, longer, and complex one. I’ll write follow-up posts about the development (as I did for Arcane Cargo) but, for now, here is a summary of its features:
- You ended up in a human laboratory but managed to escape thanks to the previous prisoner’s letter. Who is it? Is still between these walls? What did they inject you with?
- 12 pages, 4 more than the rest of the settings
- 52 rooms: labs, hallways, air duct sections and more
- +18 new more treasures, including the precious antidote
- Free yourself from the Contamination Condition or be strong enough to mutate into something more powerful with 4 different Mutated Conditions
- Meet the denizens: escaped rodents, experiments gone wrong, or a special abomination for a total of 9 new creatures
- Avoid the abomination, a monstrous creature that can come in 4 different flavors
- 5 letters scattered through the lab will piece together the story of the previous prisoner and the secret they keep. Story details and the secret will change between games and will create a hook for your next adventures!
- 4 hooks on why you ended up in the lab
I’m really excited for you to play this setting. It has been hard to put together, but it was also fun to playtest. I hope you like it!
