Major update
Hi there! We are only days ahead of the launch and, besides some more added content, the core zine has been updated to version 1.5.
Version 1.5
Some typos have been corrected as well as some minor editing issues. But some other greater changes have been made:
- The Treasures section has now a clarification about playing with a party of mice: to add 1 more treasure to each trove.
- The stone pillars from the 6♦️ entry now have a 50% chance to collapse, so players can push their luck if they want.
- The 9♠️ entry had only 1 treasure, which wasn't consistent with the rest of the settings. It has 2 now.
"Your Own..." and file organization
The rest of the formats for "Your Own Deck of Dungeons & Treasures" have been added and grouped into ZIP files so everything is tidier. So now you have:
- YourOwn_print.zip: files for printing
- Single pages
- Booklet format
- Booklet format with alternative cover A
- Booklet format with alternative cover B
- YourOwn_EN_digital.zip: digital versions with instructions
- Scribus template
- LibreOffice template NEW!
- Fillable PDF form NEW!
Demo version
In preparation for the official release, there's now a Demo Version with simplified rules and sample content (only 20 rooms and treasures). It will be available for free to everyone who wants to have a glimpse of the system before purchasing.
What's left
The accessible version for the 3 zines along with the release of the first of the 9 extra settings will mark the official release of A Deck of Dungeons & Treasures.
